YOU ARE LEARNING NOW TO RECEIVE. The world blesses you as you learn to receive, for Knowledge will flow into you as you become an open receptacle for Knowledge. And you will draw that which is life into yourself, for life is always attracted to those who give.

UNDERSTAND THIS IN ITS FULL DEPTH THIS DAY as you remind yourself upon the hour that life gives to you as you are still. In your two meditation practices, enter stillness once again and feel life being drawn into you. This is a natural attraction. As your giving and stillness become greater, you will feel life being drawn into you, for you will in time become a source of nourishment for life.

8:10 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2001

– Up – somewhat better with my cold. Looking @ – reading my “21st Century World Atlas.” The world is a "whole" and is local. Such things that are whole local are delimited, have fixed boundaries so you can tell – in or out. Local governments – are self-bounded in the U.S.

– Think local Planet, act regionally. The whole earth – like the human body, is subject to local and regional infections. To keep the whole healthy – regional approaches are needed.

Their boundaries were intentional through charter, incorporation and later, annexation. In U. S. – They have subsidiarity. They were, at the start, economic holes that could support the taxation needed to cover governmental structure – court, Sheriff etc.

In the case of top-down regions, the intent is not from the locals – but from management. In the case of States, they look @ costs and say we have too much – too many localities. They want to consolidate. State agencies have too much territory to cover I can't have local offices everywhere – they divide in order to conquer.

In order to get uniform/consistent policy – they'd like local governments in the region to act like one – cooperate – but 3/oh a history of doing so – they can't and won't. They see no community – no whole..

Where are the wholes and the holes (gaps) between. The cosmic stuff which holds us together.

If the state can be wise, it has its departments use common regions, but like Virginia, they need to be built from the bottom up – and become real with use.

The PDC transition could have been smoother – but local governments/boards – are used to fights and attacks –

– what you need is intentional regions – local regions. The state can best develop that by a process such is used by Virginia. The best way to do so is look at the land subdivision history. How County subdivisions occurred. Governmental service regions are markets themselves and can serve local businesses as boundaries for basic analysis.

Each locality will have a mono – polar planetary focus – based on economics, resources, business, industry. The greater the cluster of mono polls, the more presence the locality has. In local use of regions – we go to mono – poles/nodes – they are assets in our backyard, which make us a good place to do business, grow, key people. Every soul – can be the world soul center. 15 minutes of fame – visibility.

11:24 a.m. The nodal – networked universe – the web of life. It is not a system, it can be modeled as a system. My consciousness is a node on the manifestation side of the veil/a veil. How many veils are there? To be operational among the world late – to help those I come in contact with – help their Knowledge.

It is one world, it is humanity's world. War increases quality of life for no one. Competition needs useful activity to discharge that energy. We miss God – and feel God-forsaken anywhere.

12:03 p.m.> Foundation – I must improve mine. I've been an on again, off again builder/carpenter. S2K – GCW says we need a foundation in the world. To have a foundation is clearly important – and so there is truth and wisdom in the language and the Scriptures.

12:15 p.m.> the needs/demands/wants are so enormous – I must re-simplify. The spring cleaning – what stays, what goes – what has become sustainable on its own – have the bread crumb trails been left – breadcrumbs don't make a good trail.

10:41 p.m. Webbing all day – anything new? Harmonics/Harmony/mono-polar – all interesting terms.

The world is not easy to understand. The Steps eventually will give a better framework, but still there will be many places one could drive a truck through. The journal is a place for speculation. This is what it can look like as a mix of spirituality and work. It will take me years to consolidate thinking into products. Still, it is interesting for me to revisit this history. Let us continue.
