“I will feel Knowledge today.” Step 163

FEEL THE ABIDING QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE, which is always available to you beyond your thoughts and self-preoccupations. Upon the hour, feel Knowledge today. Repeat the idea for the day and take a moment to feel its presence. The presence of Knowledge is something you can take with you everywhere you go, into each encounter, into each circumstance. It is appropriate everywhere. In this, you will be able to see each circumstance and event. You will be able to hear. You will be able to give. You will be able to comprehend. This stability is something the world greatly needs, and you who are rich with Knowledge have this to give.

FEEL KNOWLEDGE THIS DAY IN YOUR DEEPER PRACTICE PERIODS. Give yourself to this, for this is your gift to God and to the world. Let this day be a day of strengthening and a day of confirmation. Let not any small failure today dissuade you from your greater task. Realize that all setbacks can only stop you in your progress, and you need only step forward to continue. The response to any failure, then, great or small, is simply the decision to continue. For you need only follow the steps that are given here to achieve the results of this preparation for you. How simple is the path to Knowledge. How clear is its way when you follow its provision step by step.

7 a.m. CST January 28, 2001 – Texas – on waking & thinking – the benefits of cooperation are so obvious, yet the focus is on the individual/competition/separation. Is there a polarity of individuate < – > cooperate that is beneficial? – An evolutionary wave of individuate from the mass, then cooperate to form a higher order? Each individuation seeks/creates/responds to a niche

7:56 a.m. Practice #1 "I will not be afraid today." In ACIM and the new age stuff – the idea seems to be there's only Love – and fear is its opposite – so in the face of fear one is to turn to the other – a polarity like response –

S2K says: turn to Knowledge – Holy Spirit, recognize the emotion – only act when needed – not out of emotional fear.

Turn to Knowledge when fear shows up.

It was necessary to turn to Knowledge often as I looked at Fear in my life. With PDC I fear that no one will want/value what I know/have.

Acting from K, from a deep K – being alert to the world – its physical risks, is needed. That can't be done alone.

My perception of the world is shifting radically as the facades drop.

A New Cooperative Geography for subordinate & insubordinate???

10 a.m. The built environment is entirely product of cooperation – the Tower of Babel – cooperation let the people build a tower to heaven. The Gods mixed up the languages – because the people would be as powerful as them.

→Today's cultures will be interesting work for the archaeologists of the future –

Will they find a Pompeii – people buried by their toys? A subdivision of big homes – filled to the ceiling with Fisher Price – plastic toys and other consumer goods –

 

– Smothered souls – unaware of the toys – so much it becomes as dirt.

→Ego power systems – confined to the world, maintain & grow themselves through dynasty building. The more complex…the greater training needed of the troops – the search for talent – new heirs to perpetuate the structures.

Anything that promotes stillness and silence in people will promote the emergence of Knowledge?

Hunters – still & silent in the woods – alert – So we are in the hunt – the hunt for home – and in that – we find emergence of Knowledge.

> I am content to have my work in place in the world. Knowing this in my heart is happiness. At this moment I'm happy in the world. No reason for this not to be permanent – since I'm only awakening to it – thanks to my Teachers who I have learned to follow willingly. The breadcrumbs dropped and eaten along the way have sustained me and increased my hunger for truth. Today the mental stomach is full…

Putting the concepts to work involves speculation; exploration. In this period there are half-thoughts; what will be closer to the truth? At this time I don’t know. This is intended to be constructive thinking. Let us continue.
